Designed by Glenn Howells Architects, Printworks’ provides 164 apartments alongside workspace created and allocated for small businesses at ground level. The nine-storey block’s striking bronze aluminium cladding gives Printworks a sharp and contemporary architectural finish that will keep the building fresh. It also neatly conceals the balconies, giving each apartment private outdoor space.

Designed to EcoHomes Excellent standard, 10% of the energy used in the building comes from renewable sources. Printworks exemplifies First Base’s approach of incorporating innovative construction methods with brilliant design and exemplary sustainability standards.
