The Silvertown Partnership - a joint venture between First Base, Macquarie Capital and Chelsfield Properties were selected by the Greater London Authority (GLA) as the development partner to take forward the regeneration of Silvertown. TSP brought forward a vision to deliver a vibrant new destination in London with up to 21,000 new jobs, many for local people, up to 3,000 homes and contribute £260m each year of gross value to the London economy.

TSP successfully secured one of the largest ever planning consents in London (7.2 million sq.ft. of mixed use development) and have invested significantly to safeguard the long term future of Millennium Mills at Silvertown.
