In the heart of Bermondsey and a short walk from London Bridge, First Base is working with Starwood Capital to re-develop 151 – 157 Tower Bridge Road. Currently a mixed use development consisting of apartments, a short stay hotel and commercial units, 151 – 157 Tower Bridge Road sits at the heart of a resurgent Bermondsey, minutes from three main stations.

Working with the global firm Arney Fender Katsalidis, First Base acquired planning consent to bring forward a mix of residential, leisure and commercial workspaces, within a revitalised new beautiful building, and to make the most of the location and its adjacent parks and historical features. The aspiration is to design exceptional apartments, create a new public square and provide workspace tailored for the start-up technology and creative businesses clustered in the area.
