First Base worked in partnership with East Thames Group to deliver Vivo, a vibrant, new mixed tenure scheme in the heart of East London. Vivo is part of a wider regeneration project in Stepney Green that will breathe new life into an entire community.

The 462 home Levitt Bernstein designed scheme was delivered in three phases and sold exceptionally well. Vivo won Best Apartment Building in the 2013 Sunday Times Best New Homes Awards.
