First Base partnered with Savills Investment Management to transform the Haslemere Industrial Estate in Earlsfield into a new urban riverside quarter. Located just minutes from the Earlsfield station and overlooking the River Wandle, our plans included mix of apartments, family homes and the first collaborative workspace in the area. First Base and Savills Investment Management acquired the site in May 2015 and gained planning consent in Summer 2017.
