This headquarters office building for East Thames, one of London and the UK’s largest housing associations, was designed by Fletcher Priest Architects and provides open plan office accommodation for more than 600 staff arranged over five floors. It includes state-of-the-art meeting and conference room facilities, a marketing suite and café.

The project is a partnership between three organisations with the joint venture partners First Base and Laing O’Rourke working collaboratively to provide East Thames with a fully integrated development, design and construction service.
